As most of you already know, I lean heavily into technology and AI.
A recent study from Realtor Property Resource (RPR’s) Q1 2026 survey found that AI adoption among agents has surpassed 82%… up from just 15% in 2023. That number might seem surprising at first, but when you take a step back, it really isn’t.
REALTORS® have always embraced technology to create a smoother, faster, and better client experience.
Think back to the early days; agents carrying pagers and rushing to payphones just to return a call. Then came cell phones, which must have felt like a complete game-changer. From there, we saw the evolution of MLS systems, realtor.ca, and digital signing platforms.
We operate in an industry that has always moved in lock-step with technology.
So it should come as no surprise that AI is being adopted this quickly. At the end of the day, it’s simply another tool and like every tool before it, those who choose not to use it risk being left behind.
Alright… I’ll step off the soapbox.
This month, I wanted to give you something practical: a simple breakdown of the top AI tools available today and how you can actually use them in your business.
Top 3 AI Models (Simple + Practical)
1. GPT-5.3 (ChatGPT)… Your Daily Driver

!! If you only used one AI tool… this is it.
2. Claude… The Document & Compliance Expert

3. Gemini… The Research Assistant

• “Summarize recent real estate policy changes”
• “Pull key insights from this Google Doc”
!! Think of it as your research analyst.
If You Only Remember One Thing
Use them like this:
• ChatGPT (GPT-5.3) → Create & think
• Claude → Organize & refine
• Gemini → Research & validate
Real-World Workflow (How This Actually Looks)
Example: Writing a market update
• Gemini → Gather the latest stats and trends
• GPT-5.3 → Turn it into a polished blog or GBP post
• Claude → Refine, tighten, or convert it into a training document
The reality is, there isn’t one AI tool that does everything perfectly.
The key is to first decide how you want to use AI, and then choose the tool that does that job best.
One simple exercise I recommend:
Take the same prompt and run it through all three tools. You’ll quickly see how each one thinks and which one naturally aligns with your workflow.
If you’re not already part of that 82% using AI in your business, I’d strongly encourage you to start experimenting now.
Because this isn’t a trend… it’s a shift in how we work.
