I am a lifelong resident of the Kingsville and Leamington area, I am a father of 4, a stepfather of 5 and a grandfather of 6.  Family means the world to me.

I have been helping clients buy and sell real estate for 12 years, and nothing makes me happier than being there for their needs, no matter the time of day.  I have sold hundreds of properties over this time and have experience in all types of real estate transactions.

If you choose to work with me, I can guarentee you will have my full attention, as I pride myself on my quick response times, and if I do not know the answer to something, I will get that answer promptly.

A lifelong resident of Windsor/Essex, Stacey is a proud champion for her community both professionally and in her personal life. 

In her personal life, Stacey chartered the Kingsville Ontario Chapter of Rotary International and is active in it’s leadership and growth. She is also involved in local tourism boards to promote the Windsor/Essex region as a whole.  A love of historic homes drew Stacey to sit on the Heritage Advisory Committee in her home town as well.

I began my real estate career in 2018, working as a Personal Assistant to Timothy and Stephany Mercer. It was during this time that I became acquainted with the industry and was able to learn first-hand, the key elements of the real estate transaction. Having journeyed through the 'down to the studs' renovations with my husband, on our first home purchase, my understanding of real estate has only grown in respect to the complexity of purchase and sale, to the pride of home ownership.  

At the core of every sale are individuals and this is where 'the rubber meets the road' with connecting and building relationships for me. I greatly value building and maintaining these relationships, and providing a high level of customer service by way of honesty, integrity, and compassion.

As someone who greatly values education and finds joy in serving others, I took the natural next step and achieved my real estate license in 2020. I was able to fully serve Tim and Stephany Mercer as a Licensed Assistant. Under their mentorship I was being equipped with the skills and experience necessary to fully serve and assit clients in finding their dream properties. Now, as partner to Tim Mercer and Lisa Neufeld in Team Mercer, we are able to combine our individual giftings, talents, skills and combined 45+ years of experience in bringing a greater level of quality service to our clients that would otherwise not be possible. 

Aside from work, my favorite place to be is in my own home, creating memories with my husband and our four beautiful daughters. I am also very active in my local church community where I am blessed to be involved in the Women’s Ministry.

I am honored to be part of this team and I look forward to serving our clients wholeheartedly!

I began my real estate career after choosing to pivot from my own Bookkeeping business.  With over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping I look forward to using some of those skills I've learned within real estate.

Thankful to be a part of the "Team Mercer" partnership, including myself, Tim Mercer, and Trudy Enns, we are able to tag-team within our team to make sure our clients are well taken care of.

As a life-long resident of Windsor-Essex County I enjoy knowing first hand what our county has to offer!  I am no stranger to the wave of emotions that stem from the buying and selling process, or the preparation and attention required for home improvement projects.  Having completed a full renovation and addition to our own home in the ERCA watershed area, I am familiar with processes involving both municipal and ERCA building authorities. Also currently being in the process of building our brand new home in the county has given me invaluable insight.

Hello! I am Mark Scherer. I am a proud and active resident of Kingsville where I live with my wife, Jodie and my girls, Molly and Piper. I have lived in Windsor / Essex County my entire life. I grew up on a family farm and that is where it was instilled in me to have a strong work ethic and keen business skills. I use these skills to find individuals and families their investment property, farm, first, or forever home. I pride myself on making connections with the buyer or seller and going through the real estate process honestly. This approach often leads to working with generations of families and networks of friendships. I have received the Masters award every year since I started as a real estate agent-just over ten years ago. Real estate is my passion and I feel blessed to help clients in the communities I love.

My job as the broker/owner of C21 Local Home Team Realty Inc. is to help realtors grow their skill set to create incredible client experiences and grow their repeat business.

I do this by meeting with our realtors 1 on 1 for accountability, by bringing in top-notch speakers and industry experts, hosting weekly office meetings, and fostering a team-oriented culture within the brokerage where we all help eachother improve to best serve our clients.

I started in real estate at the ripe-old age of 18, and that's what I've been consumed with since- helping families buy and sell properties to live in, invest in, and grow.

My wife and I have been blessed with 4 incredible children, 2 girls and 2 boys- as you can imagine they keep us quite busy outside of work. We enjoy doing activities with the kids like biking, boating, golfing, swimming, skating, walking the dog and having other families over to our home for dinners.

I also enjoy volunteering within our church in Kingsville, The Bridge Youth center in Leamington, and being a part of various men's ministry/study groups in the community.

I'm a life-long resident of Essex County and am obsessed with investing in our local area and helping others do the same.
